How An Engagement Works
Phase 1 — Discovery (Weeks 1–2)
Audit your current marketing, GTM motion, team, tools, and pipeline. Output: a written 90-day plan and 12-month roadmap.
Phase 2 — Build (Months 1–3)
Install strategy, fix measurement, ship cornerstone assets, build AI workflows where they make sense. Weekly working sessions plus async work between.
Phase 3 — Compound (Month 4+)
Optimize the engine, build the team, prepare the business for either continued fractional support or a full-time CMO hire.
Engagement Model
Fractional CMO engagements are scoped on the Discovery Call. Most clients run on a monthly retainer with a 3-month minimum to give the work room to compound. Scope ranges from strategic advisor (a few days per month) to embedded operator (1–2 days per week).
